|37. FEE RULES|
|Course fees for the full academic year is to be paid according to the details given in the statement as mentioned below: |
Fees will be paid by Account Payee Cheque drawn in favour of, "BHEL Shiksha Mandal A/c of Vikram Hr. Sec. School, Bhopal. All writings on the cheque should be legible and free from ant)f overwriting. On the reverse side of the cheque name of the student name of the school, scholar number, class and section should bo mentioned.
Outstation cheques are not acceptable.
The fees due is to be paid latest by 12th of every month either in cash or by cheque in the office between 8 am & 2 pm failing which a fine of Rs. 50/- per month will be charged.
Students who do not pay fees one week before the terminal examination and those who do not pay fees in full before the Board and the Annual Examinations, will be debarred from appearing in the examination for which the school disclaims all the responsibility.
Any invalid cheque returned by the bank will be treated under the category of non-payment of fee and a penalty of Rs. 100/- will be charged extra in addition to fine Rs. 50/ - per month.
Parents may kindly keep the fees receipts in safe custody and produce them as and when required by the school authorities.
Fee structure is subject to change at any time without any prior intimation to the students/parents.
Fee collection timing : 8 am to 10 am. |
