Before filling up the Online form keep all the information asked in the Form ready with you including the photograph of the child to be uploaded while submitting the form. (if you don't have a photo available to be uploaded you can stick a passport size photo of the candidate on the online receipt while submitting the documents)

Terms & Conditions

You are requested to deposit an amount of Rs.500/- by cash only towards registration fees which may be submitted at the school office alongwith the following documents from 16 Oct, 2023 to 28 Oct, 2023 (except on Holidays) between 10.30 a.m. and 01:00 p.m.

Documents to be submitted :

  1. Copy of Online Receipt
  2. Latest Passport size photo of the candidate.
  3. Copy of Birth Certificate issued from MUNICIPAL CORPORATION/GRAM PANCHAYAT.
  4. Proof of BHEL Wards [Copy of Medical Token/Gate Pass/Certificate issued by competent authority]
  5. Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority.

Note : Failure to present the above mentioned documents will subject to the cancellation of Registration Form.

Please Note :

  1. Minimum age of child should be 3½ years for KG-I.
  2. Submission of registration form is not assurance/confirmation of admission
  3. CHANGE/CORRECTIONS in the entries will NOT be accepted under any circumstances after filling/submitting ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
  4. The BHEL Shiksha Mandal reserves the right to judge the eligibility of students as per the information furnished in the online registration form.
  5. The Registration ceases at any stage of admission if dissatisfied the Management without assigning any reasons and if any of the information furnished in the Registration Form is found fake/false.
  6. All the required original documents should be presented at the time of submission of duly filled Registration Form.
  7. Registration Form without proper and complete documents will not be accepted and the Registration will be treated as cancelled. No claim whatsoever will be entertained thereafter.
I declare that all above informations are true and correct to the best of my knowledge. If any information furnished is found fake/false on later stage, the School Management shall be free to cancel my ward's admission. I will abide by all the rules and regulations of the School once the Admission is given to my ward.
