       2. Aadhar Card No. of the student.

       3. Bank Account No. of Child/Parent (Photo Copy of bank passbook 1st page)

       4. Birth Certificate /Original Transfer Certificate of the student.

       5. Cast Certificate of the student.

       6. Recent Passport Size Photograph of Child.

       7. BHEL Ward-Gate Pass and Medical Token.

       8. All the parents are requested to bring the original documents along with

          the photocopy of required  documents.

      9. Payment can be done through Card/Demand Draft in favour of

           Jawaharlal Nehru School (PW),Govindpura, Bhopal.

      10. No request will be acceptable for admission after the due date.
